TRANSVER joins ROTZINGER

With effect from the beginning of 2011, ROTZINGER AG, CH-4303 Kaiseraugst has acquired TRANSVER AG, CH-8852 Altendorf including its entire belt bend business!

ROTZINGER is a global specialist in the field of product flow control and distribution and aims to connect production and packaging processes. We are renowned the world over for our product flow regulators and storage systems and have also established a reputation for customized belt systems and Cross feeding stations in various designs.

For ROTZINGER, the addition of TRANSVER means an ideal expansion of its product portfolio, enabling the company to offer complete belt systems from a single supplier. With the combined know-how and experience of both companies' associates we are aiming to continue and develop the existing product portfolio but also to develop new, customer-oriented products with attractive pricing, high performance and hygienic design, thus requiring minimal maintenance. ROTZINGER as well as TRANSVER will remain major players in belt system manufacture, in particular for the chocolate and biscuit industries.

TRANSVER AG will continue as an independent unit at its existing Altendorf location.
