Hygiene belt systems

Since the 1990s, ROTZINGER has been building hygiene belt systems and combining them into complex belt systems. Our customers mainly use them for unpackaged products like chocolate tablets, chocolate candies, bars, biscuits etc

Following the takeover of TRANSVER AG in early 2011, ROTZINGER was in a position to expand and complete its belt systems portfolio! ROTZINGER / TRANSVER will establish a strong market position and apply their joint know-how and expertise!

Hygiene belts are highly versatile; they may be used not just for transport but also for storage (cooling / drying). Belt components include straight, curved and angled belts, deflectors, pullnoses, FSUs (fast speed units), metal detection etc. Our customers also use and appreciate them in combined functions as Cross feeding stations for feeding packaging machines.

The hygienic design allows for efficient cleaning and fast belt changes. Our customers appreciate these flexible and innovative belt solutions.
